Start your training or your practice session, put your phone in your pocket, and just do pull-ups : the voice trainer will accurately count your pull-ups for you, tell you when to rest and when to prepare for a new set. Its as simple as that.

First, estimate your level by doing a set of pull-ups, and then a personally adapted schedule will be made for you (up to 50 pull-ups !). Follow it and benefit from the expertise of a scientifically designed training program, specifically adapted. Or practice freely by doing the set you want, when you want it. Get it saved in your own workout log !

Using the accelerometer and gyroscope of the iPhone/iPod, and complex algorithms, this app is able to count your pull-ups precisely, whether you do them quickly or slowly, and without wrong detections when you move around with the phone in your hand or when you take it out of your pocket.

A sensitivity setting even allows you to refine the level of accuracy, making the app very adjustable for the user.

You can set the rest time between sets, and in practice mode, decide whether a next set should automatically be started when you stopped doing pull-ups for a time.
